- Company information — when you submit a directory listing, claim request, or sponsorship inquiry.

- Usage data — pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and similar analytics signals collected via our analytics platform.
- Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, screen size, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.
How We Use Your Information
- To send you newsletters and editorial content you have subscribed to.

- Beehiiv — newsletter delivery and subscriber management.
- web3forms — form submission processing (contact, advertising inquiries, claim requests, listing forms).
- Analytics provider — aggregate site traffic measurement. No cross-site tracking or behavioral ad targeting.
- Supabase — database and backend infrastructure for directory listings and forms.
We may add display advertising networks in the future. If and when we do, this policy will be updated with the specific networks and their data practices before launch.
Links to external sites are provided for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies separately.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

To submit a CCPA/CPRA request, email privacy@thecreatoreconomy.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days, with an extension of up to 45 additional days when reasonably necessary.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you wish to submit a formal opt-out request under the CCPA/CPRA, please email privacy@thecreatoreconomy.com with the subject line CCPA Opt-Out and we will process your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.
International Data Transfers
The Creator Economy is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
For transfers of personal data from the EEA or UK to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as adopted by the European Commission and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) where required.
