The Influencer Marketing Conference and Expo is now roughly one month out. IMCX 2026 runs October 13 to 15 at the Broadway Civic Center, a 1920s landmark at 207 South Broadway in the Historic Broadway core of downtown Los Angeles, and the program has moved from outline to schedule. Twenty-seven speakers are published on the site as of this writing, the agenda is live across all three days, and the remaining speaking slots and exhibit booths are in their final round of assignment.

If you have been waiting to decide, this is the decision point. The full speaker roster and the final exhibitor list will be announced in the coming weeks, and everything that lands after that announcement is going into a room that is already built.

Last call to speak

The speaker roster now published spans the three groups IMCX was designed to put in the same room: brand and platform operators, agency principals, and the founders building the tooling layer underneath influencer marketing.

Keynotes include Gina Antoniello, Executive Chair of the Board at SafeBets, Shaun Neff, founder of Beach House Group, Dan Fleyshman, CEO of Elevator Studio, and Brent Ullman, co-founder of Ch@mobile. The broader roster includes Sarah Vinall, SVP of Brand Partnership Strategy at iHeartMedia, Charlene Phan, Senior Director of Growth Marketing at Poshmark, David Bloom, Senior Contributor at Forbes, Phil Ranta, CEO and co-founder of Stealth Talent, Courtney Siegel, VP of Marketing at Skeepers, Amanda Solomon, Director of Global Influencer Marketing at Heaven Media, and Elle Ullmann, founder and CEO of MELT Music and Media Agency, alongside founders from Faves, mavn, Loma, Bredfor, DittoDub, VSCRL, Launch Cart, Jive, Vitamin C Agency, Nova Media PR, Mischka, Creator Space, Game Over Media, Celebrity Packaged Goods, GovCon Winners and Just Startup Community.

A small number of slots remain across panels, fireside chats and tactical talks. Applications to speak and panel proposals are open at influencermarketingexpo.com/speakers, and they close as the program locks for print. If you run a creator program, operate an agency, or have built something in this market that other people can learn from, submit now rather than after the roster goes out.

Last call to exhibit

The exhibit floor is the other half of the show, and it is filling in order of commitment rather than by deadline. IMCX is planning for 500 or more attendees across two floors and roughly 16,800 square feet, with 50 or more booths split between the second-floor exhibit hall and the fourth-floor mainstage level.

A 10 by 10 booth is 3,500 dollars and includes pipe and drape, a furnished six-foot skirted table, two chairs, booth identification signage, three full event passes covering all sessions and meals, and a listing in both the event guide and the website. Load-in is hand-carry via elevator from 7:00 AM on October 14, with no drayage fees and no union minimums, which is a meaningful cost difference from a convention center floor.

SafeBets is locked as presenting sponsor, and that tier is sold. Platinum at 15,000 dollars, Gold at 7,500 dollars and Silver at 5,000 dollars remain open, as do the creative activations: lanyard sponsorship at 7,500 dollars, the closing reception at 8,500 dollars, lunch service at 6,000 dollars per day, badge and conference bag at 5,000 dollars each, the networking lounge and creator content studio at 5,000 dollars each, the coffee cart at 3,500 dollars, and WiFi at 2,500 dollars. One lanyard slot exists. One closing reception exists.

What the three days actually look like

October 13 opens with a welcome reception from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and an afterparty running late, which in practice is where the first conversations happen before anyone has looked at a schedule.

October 14 is billed as The State of Play. It opens with a networking breakfast and facilitated intro rounds that pair brand-side marketers with creators and agency leads on screened matches, then moves into a data-backed State of Influencer Marketing 2026 keynote, a SafeBets keynote on creators and prediction markets, and dedicated exhibitor floor time with no competing sessions. The afternoon runs short-form video that converts, three back-to-back fireside chats on creator-led brands, the exit playbook and betting on the next wave, then sessions on AI and influencer marketing, crisis management and brand safety, and creator-backed brands, closing with a happy hour on the expo floor.

October 15 turns the telescope around. It opens with a 2030 keynote, then a year-in-review data panel on what actually happened in influencer marketing in 2026, followed by ROI measurement, the in-house versus agency debate, B2B influencer marketing, a creator contracts and rights roundtable over lunch, a tools showcase with live end-to-end campaign demos, brand case studies across beauty, gaming, fintech, food and fashion, and live shopping. It ends with a closing reception and the live reveal of IMCX 2027 dates, city, and first sponsor and speaker commitments.

Why this room, this year

IMCX ran editions in 2019 and 2020 at the Los Angeles Convention Center with exhibitors including Nike, Tmall Global, Southwest Airlines, Refinery29, IZEA, Fullscreen, Captiv8, Linqia, NeoReach, YouTube, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Forbes, IBM, NBC, Edelman and the Federal Trade Commission. Its awards have honored Ryan Kaji, Like Nastya, Dan Fleyshman and David Meltzer. The format has a track record; the market it serves is several times larger than it was when the show last ran.

Registration is in Super Early Bird pricing, and prices increase in the coming weeks. Standard and VIP passes are both available, with VIP adding invite-only roundtables, session recordings, priority seating, a dedicated lounge, and dinner with speakers.

Apply to speak or reserve a booth at influencermarketingexpo.com. Questions go to info@influencermarketingexpo.com or WhatsApp at +1 (323) 972-0011. The full roster is announced soon, and the floor is assigned in order of commitment, which means the practical deadline is not a date on a page. It is whenever the room fills.
